• The Buying Process

At Wilson Homes, we provide our home buyers an experience based on knowledge and expertise. Our ten-step process takes you through the building cycle:

1. Experience a personalized tour of the Wilson model homes with a knowledgeable sales team member.
2. Determine the floor plan and size of home that best fits your needs.
3. Reserve a home site and make an appointment to meet with our preferred lender for the pre-approval process.
4. Schedule an appointment for the Purchase Agreement and review the Comprehensive Warranty Program just for Wilson Home buyers.
5. Schedule an appointment with our Design Consultant to customize selections for your new home in our brand new Design Center.
6. Once all the design selections have been made, Wilson’s construction team will begin the building process of your new home.
7. Throughout the home building experience, your sales team and your construction team will keep you updated on the progress of your home.
8. We want every Wilson home buyer to be a part of the process, so when the home is framed and underway, we will schedule a Pre Sheetrock appointment with you to view your home with the Construction team, view your selections (such as electrical and plumbing) and to ask any questions you may have about the building process.
9. Once your home is complete, your Customer Service team members will set up an appointment to walk through the home to introduce you to your brand new Leo Wilson Home! This is also the time to ask any additional questions you may have—our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction before moving in.
10. Sign your loan documents (usually at the Title Company) and receive the keys to your home soon after!
