Selected models from our custom style plans are available for construction on custom lots or open property for those desirous of the Wilson Homes experience in a location other than those we provide. Our sales staff can provide you with a selection of plans and options available for “On your lot” construction. • Browse Wilson Homes' communities and tour models
• Select your floor plan
• Meet with an architect and the Custom Home Agent
• Review your site plan and blue prints
• Approve all the architect-revised plans
• Make your deposit
• Your home will be built in about 6 months*
