About Wilson Homes

Since the beginning as a custom homebuilder over five decades ago, the Wilson family has been a company of firsts. It was Wilson Homes that created Fresno’s first condominium community and the first custom community at Royal Coach Estates, including Fresno’s first lakefront community. Fresno’s first master-planned community, The Dominion soon followed, as did the first gated and all Custom Home lake community, Lake Van Ness. It was Wilson Homes that led the charge to develop Clovis in the late 90’s with their neighborhoods throughout the Loma Vista and the Historic Wawona Ranch areas and the most desirable North Clovis community of Harlan Ranch.
