About Wilson Homes

Wilson Homes began and remains a custom homebuilder, which inspires a special uncompromising attention to design and detail that continues to this day in the construction of each home and neighborhood. Though it has grown to include several commercial and retail projects, the Wilson family has remained primarily focused on residential development. Since the beginning over four decades ago, the Wilson family has been a company of firsts. It was Wilson Homes that created Royal Coach Estates which included Fresno’s first lakefront community. Fresno’s first master-planned community, The Dominion soon followed, as did the first gated and all Custom Home community, Lake Van Ness. It was Wilson Homes that led the charge to develop Clovis in the late 90’s with their record breaking Summit, Rivage and Wyndover neighborhoods throughout the Loma Vista and the Historic Wawona Ranch area, yet they still found time to build the elegant Smittcamp Alumni House at California State University-Fresno.

Wilson Homes was instrumental in planning and creating with the City of Clovis, the new Loma Vista neighborhood where they currently are building Camden Place, a neighborhood collection of their custom designs. With the many years the Wilson family has been building have come many accolades, including numerous Gold Nugget Awards for design, industry and community awards for successful planning and development, and the most prestigious Builder Hall of Fame Award, bestowed upon founder, Leo Wilson by the California Building Industry Hall Of Fame.

Today the Wilson family is the driving force behind a new premier master planned community of Clovis, Harlan Ranch, at the foot of the Sierra Foothills. This multi-neighborhood development is a culmination of the Wilson Homes’ know-how in creating desirable residential areas with superior neighborhood amenities, great schools, shopping and traditionally higher appreciation values. Home offerings include custom lots, custom style tracts, a gated community and a most unique offering of low maintenance “Carriage Load” homes with garages and utilities in the rear of each home.
